Lead System/Business Analyst

Andersen is hiring a Lead System/Business Analyst for a project developing a mobile travel insurance platform and delivering seamless digital services and customer experiences. Our customer is an international organization operating in the financial and protection services domain. The company provides a diverse portfolio of customer-oriented solutions across multiple business areas and markets. With a strong focus on digital capabilities, operational excellence, and long-term development, the organization continuously invests in technology, process improvement, and service innovation to support evolving customer and business needs. The project is focused on developing and enhancing a customer-facing mobile platform for travel insurance services across multiple markets. It enables users to manage policies, access coverage and assistance services, submit and track claims, receive notifications, and interact with an AI-powered chatbot. The platform integrates with backend systems and partner APIs to deliver a seamless and reliable digital customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Leading system integrations/business analysis activities for platform features and initiatives. - Collecting, analyzing, clarifying, and structure business and functional requirements. - Creating technical User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, functional specifications, and end-to-end flows. - Leading backlog preparation and supporting backlog prioritization together with relevant product and business stakeholders. - Driving refinement sessions and ensuring stories are ready for development. - Taking ownership of requirements throughout the full delivery lifecycle. - Analyzing complex mobile journeys covering policy, coverage, assistance, claims, registration, authentication, and other customer-facing services. - Identifying dependencies between mobile, backend systems, APIs, and other involved teams. - Working closely with developers, QA, architects, product stakeholders, and external teams. - Validating proposed solutions against business requirements and expected customer experience. - Supporting implementation, testing, UAT, release preparation, and production issue analysis. - Identifying requirement gaps, edge cases, risks, and inconsistencies early. - Maintaining clear and structured project documentation in Jira and Confluence. - Supporting cross-team alignment and ensuring requirements are consistently understood by all involved parties. - Acting as a key functional contact for the team and helping drive topics to resolution.

Requirements: - Strong Business/System Analysis background, with at least 3+ years of experience in complex system integrations. - Ability to independently lead requirements with limited supervision. - Strong experience with User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with complex integrations and distributed systems. - Deep understanding of REST APIs, JSON, backend integrations, and data flows. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to facilitate refinements and requirement workshops. - Ability to challenge requirements and proactively identify missing scenarios and dependencies. - Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional teams. - Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have: - Experience in insurance, travel insurance, or financial services. - Previous experience with customer-facing mobile applications. - Knowledge of policy management, coverage, claims, or assistance processes. - Experience with authentication and customer account management flows. - Understanding of microservice architecture.

Compensation: 2500–4800 EUR per month.
