"G&A Group" is a Georgian company that successfully operates in the production, logistics, and distribution of food products. The company's brands include "Rera", "Hinda", "Nobati", which offer high-quality frozen semi-finished products and other products to customers.

We are looking for an experienced professional who will take full responsibility for managing the quality management and food safety systems at the enterprise - from raw material receipt to finished product release.

Main responsibilities:

Full management of the quality and food safety system at the enterprise; Implementation, management, and continuous improvement of HACCP, ISO 22000, and the company's internal quality standards; Organization of a control system for the quality and compliance of raw materials upon receipt; Control of technological and quality parameters at all stages of production; Control of the quality and compliance of finished products with specifications; Control of sanitary-hygienic regime, cleaning, and disinfection processes; Planning and control of laboratory research and periodic product testing; Qualitative assessment of suppliers and control of raw material specifications; Identification of non-compliances, analysis of causes, and management of Corrective / Preventive Actions (CAPA); Analysis of qualitative claims received from customers and trade networks and implementation of relevant measures; Qualitative analysis of product return reasons; Planning and conducting internal audits; Preparation of the enterprise for external, customer, and state audits and management of the process; Management of quality and food safety documentation, instructions, procedures, and records; Organization of employee training in hygiene, quality, and food safety; Development, monitoring, and periodic reporting of quality-related KPIs to management; Coordination of production, technological, procurement, warehouse, and commercial teams on quality-related issues.

Mandatory qualification requirements:

Higher education in food technology, food safety, chemistry, biology, or a related field; At least 3-5 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial position; Practical knowledge of HACCP and experience in managing the system; Knowledge of ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 will be considered a significant advantage; Knowledge of production sanitation, hygiene, and microbiological risks; Practical experience in qualitative non-compliances and Root Cause Analysis; Experience working with audits;

Skills:

Responsibility; Detail-oriented; Ability to manage a team and effectively cooperate with different departments;

The Quality and Food Safety Manager must be directly involved in the production process, timely identify problems, determine their causes, and ensure real correction.

His main task is to ensure that the products leaving the enterprise constantly meet the company's standards for quality, taste, stability, and food safety.
