Vacancy - Hotel Receptionist

Location: Tbilisi, A. Beliashvili 81 Work schedule: Shift work - 24-hour shift every fourth day Remuneration: 1200 GEL Food: Provided

Main responsibilities:

Professional reception, registration and farewell of guests (Check-in / Check-out). Management of reservations and recording of data in the corresponding program. Management of telephone calls and online requests. Providing information to guests about hotel services and rules. Implementation of settlement procedures. Quick and effective response to guests' needs. Preparation of reports and shift handover in accordance with established standards.

Qualification requirements:

Knowledge of English and Russian languages at a communicative level. Strong communication and service skills. High sense of responsibility and organization. Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment. Basic knowledge of computer programs.
