Key responsibilities: - Reviewing and verifying CCTV footage from stores according to inventory, shortages, and write-offs. - Identifying violations by personnel or customers in the cash zone and shopping hall. - Verifying the process of receiving products in the distribution/warehouse area through cameras and recording violations. - Processing inventory results, identifying top-loss products, and analyzing data. - Analyzing cash operations, including removal of goods, incorrect posting of commodity items, and systematic monitoring of manually entered codes. - Controlling write-offs and expiration, determining losses of expired, damaged, or written-off products, and identifying deviations from the norm. - Weekly and monthly reporting: preparing reports for management on identified violations and financial losses. - Preparing recommendations for management to reduce losses and proposing preventive measures.
Requirements - At least 1-2 years of work experience in retail, supermarket chains, preferably in analytics, security/monitoring, or inventory. - Experience working with CCTV (video monitoring) systems. - Good knowledge of MS Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and charts. - Experience working with ERP/POS systems. Preference will be given to knowledge of 1C, Apex, Retail Pro, or SAP systems.
