Online Sales Specialist

Techno Mall, a leading trading center for electrical tools and equipment, is announcing a part-time vacancy for an Online Sales Specialist.

We are looking for a communicative, quick, and sales-oriented person who will provide high-quality service to customers from online channels and convert their interest into real sales.

Main responsibilities

• Communicate with customers from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other online channels;
• Respond to incoming calls and consult customers;
• Identify customer needs and offer relevant products;
• Provide information about product features, prices, and current offers;
• Receive and process online orders;
• Offer additional and alternative products to customers;
• Follow-up communication with interested customers and complete sales;
• Work on increasing online sales.

Work schedule: Alternate days - 15 working days per month. Working hours: 09:30 – 20:00.

Remuneration

• Fixed: 800₾ NET;
• Sales bonus: 0.5% of personal sales (Gross);
• Parcel: 1 ₾ for each processed/sent parcel.

Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Fast and effective online communication with customers;
• Sales and result-oriented;
• Ability to work with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other communication channels;
• Responsibility, organization, and attention to details;
• Experience in sales or customer service will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of electrical tools and equipment will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of a foreign language will be considered an advantage.
