"ASP-Group" is announcing a vacancy for a Logistics Manager position in the field of international transportation.

"ASP-Group" activities include the realization of cars, agricultural, construction and special-purpose equipment, import of related spare parts and provision of full service. The company has 25 years of experience in this field. Company website: https://aspgroup.ge/

Working conditions:

• Work location: Tbilisi, Didi Lilo, Erekle II 5th lane N3;

• Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:30-18:30;

• Salary: to be agreed.

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Communication with international carriers, transport agents and logistics partners;
• Planning, organization and control of international transportation;
• Organization of sea, land, air or multimodal transportation;
• Selection of the optimal delivery route and transportation conditions;
• Control of loading, transportation and delivery deadlines;
• Agreement of tariff conditions, terms and service conditions with carriers;
• Comparison of international transportation costs and cost optimization;
• Constant monitoring of cargo status;
• Timely identification of delays and problems during transportation and coordination of their elimination;
• Control of service quality and compliance with agreed conditions by carriers;
• Control of transportation and logistics documentation;
• Management of cargo damage, loss, delay and other logistics risks;
• Communication with international partners on transportation-related issues;
• Analysis of transportation data, costs and deadlines;
• Preparation and submission of reports and recommendations for management.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience;
• Higher education;
• High-level knowledge of English and Russian (required);
• MS Office skills.
