Administrator

Sakemata Fitness announces a vacancy for an Administrator position (branches: East Point/Gldani).

Main responsibilities:

• Greeting/ Welcoming customers;

• Providing detailed consultations to customers about services and products;

• Registering customers;

• Settlement with customers, working with cash register/terminal, selling products and services;

• Responding to phone calls;

• Working according to the standards existing in the club;

Skills required for the position:

• Communication skills;

• Time management skills;

• Refined speech skills;

• High sense of responsibility;

• Ability to make the right decision in a timely manner in a stressful situation;

• Ability to work individually and as a team;

• Orientation towards constant development;

• Planning, control, and analysis skills;

Qualification requirements for the position:

• At least secondary education;

• Proficiency in office programs (Word, Excel);

• Knowledge of foreign languages (English);

• At least one year of experience working in a similar position;

• Experience working with cash registers and terminals.

Terms:

• Schedule: 5 days a week, from 08:00 to 15:00 or from 15:00 to 22:00 (7 hours a day, including breaks, 35 hours a week);

• Days off: two days a week;

• Salary: salary + bonus (net salary 1000-1500 GEL + bonus)
