General Manager

"Klinika Kani" is announcing a vacancy for a General Manager.

"Klinika Kani" is looking for an experienced, result-oriented, and leadership-skilled General Manager to ensure the effective operation of the clinic, maintain high-quality service, manage the team, and develop sustainable business.

Main responsibilities:

Full management of the clinic's daily operational activities; Effective coordination of administrative, medical, and support teams; Quality control of services and constant improvement of patient experience; Planning, monitoring, and ensuring the fulfillment of sales, revenues, and key KPI's; Efficient management of budget, procurement, and expenses; Optimization of work processes and implementation of modern management standards; Management of employee selection, adaptation, evaluation, and development processes; Ensuring effective communication and collaboration between departments; Active collaboration with marketing and sales teams for the growth and development of the clinic; Timely identification of problems and making effective decisions; Preparation and presentation of regular reports to the company's management.

Qualification requirements:

At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial position; Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic management skills; Practical experience in team management, motivation, and development; Analytical thinking and ability to make independent decisions; Good knowledge of financial indicators and business processes; High negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; High sense of responsibility, initiative, and result-oriented approach; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Experience working in the medical field will be considered a significant advantage.
