Key Responsibilities:

Quickly and courteously receive guests' orders and requests; Have a good knowledge of Room Service menu, promotions, and special offers; Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the system; Deliver ordered food and beverages to the guest's room; Verify with the guest that they are satisfied with the order and service; Correctly provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, adhering to company rules; Maintain the workspace and service areas in a constantly tidy condition and replenish with necessary items and supplies; Perform settlements according to the rules.

Skills:

Ability to communicate correctly; Ability to provide high-quality service; Teamwork skills; Ability to work in a dynamic environment; Effective time management skills; Fluency in English and Georgian languages; Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards; Ability to handle cash.
