Main functions and responsibilities:

• Receiving patients, identifying, and registering them

• Opening medical records

• Financial accounting of medical services using software

• Conducting cash operations

• Ensuring secure storage of funds

• Storing documents related to payments

• Closing the cash register at the end of the working day according to procedures

• Redirecting patients to medical services using an electronic system

• Recording requests/notifications on the Ministry of Health's portal using software

• Transmitting medical case notifications to insurance companies; preparing and sending documentation as needed

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position

• Knowledge of English and Russian languages at B1 level

• Familiarity with general principles of medical documentation administration
