The hired employee will perform work in the walnut gardens of one of the international companies of LLC "Hchar", in the village of Chitakvark, Zugdidi district.
Work schedule: 5 days a week, 40 hours, the start and end times of the work will be different depending on the seasonality of the work, the start time is between 07:00 and 09:00, and the end time is between 18:00 and 20:00.
Main duties
- Finding employees for various types of agricultural work.
- Collecting relevant documents (ID copy, bank requisites, etc.) of temporary employees.
- Ensuring the appearance of temporary employees at the workplace.
- Recording the start and end times of employees' work.
- Checking and controlling the accuracy of records/reports of performed work.
- Constant communication with personnel working on various issues in field works and their supervisors.
- Controlling the order and performance of work in field works according to requirements.
- Conducting occupational safety instructions for personnel, which will be based on the hazards and risks associated with the work to be performed.
- Monitoring the observance of safety rules in the work process.
Requirements
- Ownership of a personal vehicle is required.
- A valid occupational safety certificate is required.
- Readiness to work in field conditions.
- Experience in the agricultural sector is desirable, both in field and administrative activities.
