We are looking for a Financial Director who will take responsibility for the company's finances: oversee the entire economy of the business, manage cash flows, and influence where and how much the company earns.
Responsibilities: - Manage the company's cash flows with the authority to sign payments: payment calendar, liquidity, prevention of cash gaps; - Keep the economy of the business in hand: margin of areas, unit economy of transactions, profitability of each office; - Build budgets (BDDS, BDR) and financial models of the company, calculate growth scenarios; - Find where the company is losing money and close leaks; - Manage accounts receivable and payable, accelerate cash turnover; - Evaluate investment decisions and financial risks, provide recommendations to the owner in numbers; - Make financial decisions together with the owner; - Personally manage the accounting of one IP in Georgia; - Make numbers transparent: management reporting, BI dashboards, automation in 1C / Bitrix / Power BI; - Lead the financial department of 2 people and establish rules for working with money in regulations.
What we expect from you: - At least 3 years of experience as a Financial Director or Head of Financial Service; - You think in terms of money: understand how the economy of a business is structured and know how to manage it; - Experience in managing cash flows and liquidity, building budgets and financial models; - Can provide examples of how your decisions have impacted the company's profit, costs, or cash flow; - Knowledge of Georgian accounting and taxation, experience in managing IP; - Higher education in finance or economics; - Willingness to work in Tbilisi.
Will be a plus: - Managing finances of multiple legal entities, countries, or currencies - Experience in building a financial function from scratch - Power BI and financial automation - Experience in real estate or international companies
