Warehouse Manager

"Georgian Card" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Warehouse Manager.

The goal of the Warehouse Manager position is to effectively manage warehouse operations, ensure the accuracy of inventory accounting and control, organize the inventory process, and optimize the use of material resources. The position is responsible for standardizing warehouse management processes, controlling inventory movement, preventing losses, coordinating team activities, and ensuring continuous improvement of warehouse operational efficiency and processes.

Main responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, and controlling daily warehouse operations; Managing the processes of receiving, recording, placing, storing, and issuing inventory in the warehouse; Continuous control of inventory movement and ensuring the accuracy of accounting data; Planning, conducting, and analyzing the results of the inventory process; Identifying differences between actual and accounting balances, studying the causes, and planning appropriate measures; Effective organization of warehouse space, placement of product categories, and implementation of storage standards; Controlling optimal inventory levels, determining needs, and managing the risks of deficits or excess inventory; Working with warehouse management programs and identifying opportunities for automation and improvement of warehouse operations; Planning work processes, distributing tasks, and controlling the performance of warehouse employees; Monitoring warehouse efficiency indicators and periodic reporting; Improving warehouse management processes and implementing appropriate procedures; Controlling inventory movement between the warehouse and regional locations; Implementing warehouse standardization and relevant methodologies; Implementing mechanisms to prevent loss and damage of material assets.

Qualification requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management; Experience working with warehouse management programs; In-depth knowledge of inventory accounting, management, and control principles; Practical experience in planning and conducting inventory; Ability to organize and optimize warehouse operational processes; Experience in team management and coordination of employee activities; Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data processing and analysis skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
