About Us:

A Georgian hospitality network brand operating in the field of hotels, restaurants, and guest services is announcing a vacancy for a Marketing Manager position.

We are looking for a creative, results-oriented, and highly responsible professional to join our team in marketing activities for the network brand, participate in developing a strategy for opening a new facility, and positioning it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in developing and implementing the company's marketing strategy;
• Compile annual and quarterly marketing plans;
• Develop brand positioning, awareness, and visual and communication standards;
• Involvement in developing a strategy for promoting new products, menus, special offers, and events in the restaurant sector;
• Effective marketing presentation of hotel and restaurant services, offers, and products;
• Participate in creating a digital marketing strategy;
• Plan and organize photo/video shoots;
• Develop sales-promoting campaigns and special offers for the hotel and restaurant;
• Marketing support and organization of seasonal, holiday, and special events;
• Research the market and competitors and prepare relevant recommendations;
• Collaborate with partner companies, influencers, media, and other business partners;
• Participate in PR activities, media communication, and brand reputation management;
• Monitor and develop the online reputation of the hotel and restaurant;

Requirements:

• Higher education in Marketing, Business, Communications, PR, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of work experience in marketing;
• Experience in the hotel, restaurant, tourism, or hospitality sector will be considered a significant advantage;
• Good knowledge of modern digital marketing tools;
• Knowledge of Meta Ads / Google Ads operating principles;
• Ability to analyze the market and competitive environment;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to plan and manage projects independently;
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
• Creative thinking and initiative;
• Good knowledge of Georgian and English; knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.
