"Georgia's Natural" is looking for a new team member for the position of Shift Supervisor of Production.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Guramishvili Avenue

Working schedule: shifts, 08:30-21:30

Rest: 3 days a week

Functions and responsibilities:

• Organization and control of the shift production plan execution;
• Distribution and leadership of shift personnel;
• Control of technological regimes, quality and food safety (HACCP) requirements;
• Ensuring compliance with sanitary-hygienic norms and labor safety rules;
• Supervision of equipment operation and timely response to malfunctions;
• Keeping the shift log and reporting.

Qualification requirements:

• Experience in food production, preferably in a leadership position
• Knowledge of HACCP principles
• Ability to manage and organize a team
• Responsibility, accuracy and ability to make quick decisions in stressful situations
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel)
• Technical or technological education is preferred
