Workplace: Tbilisi, Kalistrate Kutateladze #3 Work schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00 or 9:00-18:00.

Function and responsibilities

• Managing and effective implementation of the university's internal quality assurance processes;
• Preparing conclusions according to internal quality mechanisms;
• Ensuring procedures related to the university's authorization and accreditation within the competence;
• Periodic evaluation and monitoring of educational programs;
• Monitoring programs and syllabi to comply with accreditation standards;
• Monitoring ongoing academic research at the university, collecting, analyzing, and evaluating information on the research activities of academic staff and structural units;
• Preparing and presenting scientific-research activity reports to the Academic Council;
• Performing the function of the Academic Council secretary and producing relevant protocols;
• Responding to incoming letters within the competence of the Quality Management Service;
• Preparing questionnaires for unified national exams and common master's exams;
• Monitoring the university's strategy action plan and preparing relevant reports.

Job requirements

• Higher education in education administration, law, social sciences, or a related field;
• At least 1 year of experience in the field of education quality assurance;
• English language proficiency (B2);
• Computer program knowledge (MS Office);
• Teamwork and effective communication skills;
• Ability to quickly analyze and solve problems;
• Time management and prioritization skills.
