Construction Site Manager

LLC "Nite" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Construction Site Manager.

Location: Adjara, Chakvi, construction site

Type of employment: Full-time

Remuneration: To be agreed upon, based on the candidate's experience and qualifications

About the position

The goal of the position is to provide technical supervision over the ongoing works on the company's construction sites, control the compliance of the construction process with the project, applicable construction norms, and standards, monitor the quality of performed works and deadlines, as well as coordinate the activities of contractors and subcontractors involved in the construction process.

Key responsibilities:

Control of compliance of construction works with design documentation, technical requirements, and applicable construction norms and standards;

Systematic monitoring of the quality of construction works and deadlines;

Inspection, acceptance, and participation in the process of drawing up relevant acts of hidden works;

Identification of defects and deficiencies revealed on the construction site and control of their elimination;

Verification of the quality of construction materials used and relevant technical documentation;

Control of laboratory tests and conclusions, and compliance;

Verification of the volumes of performed works, including form No. 2, and participation in the process of approval;

Coordination with the general contractor, subcontractors, engineers, and other persons involved in the construction process;

Preparation of periodic reports on the progress of works for the immediate supervisor;

Timely identification of technical problems arising during the construction process and participation in their resolution;

Control of production and arrangement of relevant technical and working documentation of construction works;

Monitoring of compliance with labor safety requirements on the construction site within the competence;

Participation in the processes necessary for the completion of construction works and the handover of the facility;

Performance of other tasks related to the functions of the position by the manager.

Qualification requirements

Higher education in construction engineering, civil engineering, architecture, or relevant technical fields;

At least 3 years of experience working in the construction sector; experience in technical supervision will be considered an advantage;

Ability to read and analyze design and working drawings;

Knowledge of construction technologies, materials, and stages of work performance;

Experience in checking construction documentation and volumes of performed works;

Ability to assess the quality of construction works and identify technical deficiencies;

Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with persons involved in the construction process;

High sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;

Ability to plan work, prioritize, and solve problems in a timely manner;

Knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be considered an advantage.
