"Gastronome Group" unites a network of gourmet stores and restaurants with different concepts.

The company has been successfully operating since 2019. Its business concept in the food industry is to develop gastronomic knowledge and taste for the society. Gastronome Group is represented by 8 branches of the premium delicatessen store under the Gastronome brand, 3 restaurants - Italian Bistro and Argentine Steakhouse, and Brunch with a healthy menu.

We are looking for an employee for the Barista position at "Bistro By Gastronome".

Main responsibilities:

• Preparing high-quality coffee and special drinks
• Decorating and tasteful presentation of drinks
• Greeting guests and paying attention to them on a personal level
• Fast and accurate receipt of orders
• Daily cleaning of the workplace, coffee machines and tools
• Checking the stock of necessary ingredients and materials
• Timely ordering of additional products in agreement with the manager
• Control of product expiration dates
• Control, maintenance of existing inventory, and accounting of broken dishes & protection of HACCP and internal safety standards, FIFO standards;
• Control of Volt application: turning on, menu check, timely receipt of orders, and operational response according to service standards;

Required skills:

• Desirable experience working in this position;
• Fluent Georgian language;
• Conversational English;
