Main functions and responsibilities: - Serving guests, receiving orders, ensuring quality service - Knowledge of the menu, including composition and allergens - Entering and controlling orders in the relevant program/system - Preparing the restaurant space/table for the guest, serving, and tidying up - Informing guests about special offers - Managing settlement and similar procedures - Establishing effective and timely communication with direct supervisors and team members
