Job Description The Business Guide position is a transitional phase for you towards further development.

As a Business Guide

• Identify customer needs and ensure high-quality service
• Register companies and open bank accounts
• Have a good knowledge of TBC's business product catalog and be able to offer and register them
• Provide consultations to customers on business loans
• Introduce customers to existing non-financial services (trainings, awards, forums, etc.)

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working in the service sector
• Desirable experience working in the field of serving business clients
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages
