Job Title: Video Content Creator/Social Media Manager

Job Description:

• Full-time position
• Hybrid schedule
• Monday to Friday
• 10:00-19:00
• Salary: negotiable

Responsibilities:

• Actively manage the company's online platforms and social media;
• Create a monthly content plan for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages in Georgian and English;
• Prepare and post visuals in collaboration with a graphic designer according to the content plan;
• Plan, shoot, edit, and post video content (including participating as a speaker in videos);
• Implement advertising activities for posts (Ads Manager) targeting a specific audience with an agreed-upon budget;
• Monthly advertising reporting and analytics, including communication with SEO agency and discussion of reporting;
• Monitor existing messages (Inbox / comments);
• Plan and participate in targeted marketing campaigns as needed;
• Prepare visuals for advertising materials in collaboration with a graphic designer and communicate with an advertising agency;
• Post company news and current projects on the website.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing/marketing/communications;
• Experience in creating video content is an advantage;
• Higher education - preferably in business administration;
• Fluent speech in Georgian;
• Writing skills in Georgian and English;
• Knowledge of Meta, Business Manager;
• Microsoft program skills;
• Having a B-category driver's license is an advantage - please indicate in your email.
