The company is announcing a vacancy for an experienced International Logistics Manager. We are looking for a highly qualified, responsible, and result-oriented professional with practical experience in organizing and managing international shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and full coordination of international maritime, air, and rail shipments;

• Communication with international carriers, shipping lines, airlines, railway operators, and foreign partners;

• Finding optimal shipment routes and tariffs, preparing offers;

• Preparation, verification, and control of international transport documentation;

• Monitoring of cargo movement from loading to final destination;

• Coordination with customs brokers, terminals, and agents;

• Timely identification and effective resolution of operational problems;

• Professional communication with clients and ensuring high-quality service.

Qualification requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience in international logistics;

• In-depth knowledge of maritime, air, and rail transport processes;

• Very good knowledge of English - mandatory (written and verbal communication);

• Practical knowledge of international transport documents: Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), CIM/SMGS, CMR, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.;

• Knowledge of Incoterms and basic rules of international shipments;

• Ability to negotiate independently with foreign partners;

• Good knowledge of office programs, especially Excel;

• High responsibility, organization, and ability to manage several shipments in parallel.
