In "Caucasus Auto", our customer care and operational team is the leading locomotive of the business, and we are looking for a Wholesale Customer Support Manager to join this friendly team, who will:
- Implement onboarding of new wholesale customers, provide them with necessary information, and conduct training;
- Conduct daily communication with wholesale customers and clients, provide them with invoices and necessary documentation;
- Control incoming requests, review emails, messages, and tasks, and quickly resolve any issues;
- Monitor the registration of cars by wholesale customers and perform post-onboarding monitoring (follow-up/check-in on the second day);
- Update the status of unpaid cars in the system and check payments;
- Control the status of cars in internal systems (from counted cars to parking) and seamlessly manage daily operations.
