Junior Marketer

Mindor is a Georgian brand of nervous system fitness with 15,000+ users and 100,000+ subscribers. We are looking for a smart, curious, and fast-learning person to help Mindor grow.

No prior work experience is required; you can be a university graduate or in the early stages of your career.

What matters most to us is your mindset, learning speed, and ability to see tasks through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating Meta Ads ideas, texts, and creatives;
• Launching and improving advertising campaigns;
• Working on website and offer texts;
• Analyzing the sales funnel and finding ways to improve conversion;
• Working on email marketing;
• Conducting marketing experiments and evaluating results.

The marketing system is already in place and working. Your main task will be to improve and enhance it.

We are looking for someone who:

• Learns quickly and can independently figure out unfamiliar topics;
• Is interested in marketing, customer psychology, and why people buy products;
• Can convey thoughts simply and understandably in Georgian;
• Achieves exceptional results in any field through initiative (implementing a project or learning a new skill, etc.);
• Takes responsibility for results and can see tasks through to completion;
• Can receive and use direct feedback;
• Knows English at least at the B2 level.

Experience in marketing is an advantage but not required, as candidates are evaluated based on a task provided by us.
