Receptionist-Registrar

The Intourist Hotel Kazbegi is announcing a vacancy for the position of Receptionist-Registrar.

Function-Responsibilities:

Polite, positive interaction with both hotel guests and employees; Reception, accommodation, and subsequent farewell of guests according to the standards existing in the hotel; Providing guests with the desired information about rooms, tariffs, and other services available in the hotel; Receiving incoming phone calls and providing relevant information; Maintaining the culture and standards of telephone conversation and electronic correspondence; Establishing effective and positive communication with guests; Registration of guests in the system and execution of relevant financial operations; Preparation of current day bookings in the system (printing registration cards, making keys, etc.); Transfer of information to other departments in the hotel at the end and beginning of the working day; Acting in accordance with the hotel's service standards.

Main Requirements:

Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage; Perfect knowledge of Georgian and English; Any additional language will be considered an advantage; Knowledge of computer and office programs.
