Qualification Requirements - Higher education in architecture and at least 5 years of experience in architectural planning and preparation of working documentation. Experience working on multi-story, high-rise, hotel, or residential projects will be considered an advantage. - Strong practical knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM modeling programs - Revit or Archicad. Understanding of functional planning, building layout, architectural detailing, and coordination with engineering disciplines is essential. - Ability to prepare working drawings independently, accuracy, responsibility, deadline management, and English language skills at the level of international team collaboration.
