Main responsibilities:
Searching for new clients and managing the existing client base. Preparing commercial offers for road safety products; Studying clients' needs and offering relevant products; Fully managing the sales process - from initial communication to contract signing; Agreeing on prices, discounts and delivery terms with clients; Conducting negotiations with clients and maintaining business relationships; Receiving, processing and controlling the execution of orders; Coordinating production, warehouse, logistics and financial departments to ensure timely execution of orders; Knowledge of product technical characteristics, dimensions, types and areas of use; Participating in preparing tender documentation and commercial proposals; Communicating with state and private companies and searching for sales opportunities; Monitoring the market, competitors and prices; Creating a sales plan and achieving set sales targets; Preparing sales forecasts and periodic reports for management; Managing client requests, complaints and feedback; Controlling receivables and coordinating with the financial department; Controlling product delivery terms and conditions; Protecting the company's interests during negotiations with clients and contract signing.
The successful candidate will be required to have:
Experience in sales in the road safety sector; Knowledge of office programs; Experience in document production; Skills: ability to perform tasks thoroughly, teamwork skills, energy and diligence, ability to manage time effectively; English language proficiency at least B2 level; Computer program knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook); Driving license (B category) and a car (desirable).
