Digital Marketing Specialist

Construction and development company "Capital Square" is looking for an experienced, analytical and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, implement and optimize the company's digital advertising campaigns.

Work location: Tbilisi; behind the Sports Palace.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:30

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategy;
• Plan, launch, manage and optimize Meta Ads advertising campaigns;
• Effective planning and management of advertising budget;
• Identify, segment and target target audiences;
• Implement campaigns focused on attracting high-quality leads;
• Participate in the development of advertising creatives and texts;
• Conduct A/B testing and improve campaign results;
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (CPL, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.);
• Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns;
• Prepare periodic reports on the results of advertising campaigns;
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion;
• Monitor competitors' digital activities and market trends.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing;
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Meta Ads Manager;
• Ability to independently plan, manage and optimize advertising campaigns;
• Knowledge of basic principles and KPIs of Performance Marketing;
• Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics 4;
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on it;
• Experience in managing advertising budget;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Responsibility, organization and result orientation.

Remuneration: negotiable - depending on experience.
