Receptionist

"Clean Factory", a premium textile care and dry cleaning company, is seeking a professional Receptionist to communicate with customers, take responsibility, be attentive, and systematically manage work processes.

Salary: 1,500 GEL per month

Work schedule: Shifts

Company working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-20:00, Saturday-Sunday 09:00-20:00

Main responsibilities

Greet customers, receive orders, and accurately register them in the system.

Inspect items for quantity, condition, stains, damage, and care labels; document with photos and notes.

Correctly record prices, order data, and payments; agree on high-risk items with the senior master and obtain written customer consent if necessary.

Process inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.

Provide customers with information on confirmed prices, services, and deadlines.

Monitor order status, coordinate delivery and courier services.

Record claims, pass them to responsible individuals, and maintain daily reports.

Requirements for the candidate

At least 3 years of experience in customer service, reception, or administration.

Fluency in Georgian (oral and written) is mandatory.

Ability to work with computers, messengers, social media, and work programs.

Professional written and oral communication, responsibility, accuracy, and punctuality.

Ability to systematically manage multiple tasks, pay attention to details, and remain calm in stressful situations.

Advantages will be considered:
