Responsibilities

• The goal of the position is to prepare dishes of the relevant kitchen department according to established recipes and presentation standards, to effectively manage the work process, and to ensure the smooth functioning of the department in the absence of the immediate supervisor.
• Preparation of all dishes included in the department's menu according to established recipes, quality, and decoration standards;
• Checking the readiness of ingredients and all components necessary for the work process before the start of service;
• Ensuring the correct rotation of product stocks, adhering to the FIFO principle, and accounting for losses;
• Leading and supporting cook assistants (Commis) during service;
• Compliance with established hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience working as a cook;
• Knowledge of cooking technologies and kitchen work processes;
• Ability to comply with established standards of recipes and quality;
• Ability to work in a team and support colleagues in the work process;
• High sense of responsibility, organization, and ability to manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.
