"Enmedic Clinic" is announcing a vacancy for: Information Manager

• Work location: Tbilisi, L. Managadze St. N3

• Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00

• Salary: 850 GEL per month, paid in hand

• Main responsibilities:

• Greet and provide information to patients and their relatives arriving at the clinic;
• Provide timely and accurate information to patients as needed;
• Identify patient requests and redirect them to relevant staff members when necessary;
• Manage patient queues and resolve any problematic situations that arise;
• Keep track of doctors' and medical staff members' presence at their workstations;
• Register health certificates and maintain relevant documentation;
• Inform management promptly about patient complaints and dissatisfaction;
• Adhere to clinic internal rules, service standards, and medical ethics.

• Qualification requirements:

• Higher education;
• Previous experience in a similar position is desirable;
• Fluent speech and good communication skills;
• Ability to interact with patients in a polite, attentive, and professional manner;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Organizational skills, punctuality, and efficiency;
• Ability to work in a stressful and busy environment;
• Teamwork skills;
• Knowledge of office software is desirable.
