LLC "Skytel" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Corporate Customer Service Manager.

Work location - Tbilisi, D. Guramishvili 23a#

Supervision - Corporate Customer Service Team Leader.

Work schedule - Monday to Friday; 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour break)

Remuneration - 1400-1600 GEL (Net) + quarterly bonus

Probation period - 6 months (paid)

Functions and responsibilities:

• In-depth study/knowledge of the company's product;
• Providing service to corporate clients in the portfolio and managing their needs;
• Technical and administrative support for corporate subscribers;
• Quality control and improvement of services;
• Full response and resolution of corporate subscriber issues;
• Control of corporate subscriber debt and accruals;
• Monthly reporting to the direct supervisor and other interested parties on various important statistical data as needed;
• Development of recommendations for improving services;

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in business administration or finance;
• At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar position;
• Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language; conversational knowledge of Russian and English is desirable;
• Excel skills for reporting purposes;
