Call Center Operator

Eliti announces a vacancy for a Call Center Operator position.

Location: Tbilisi Type of employment: Full-time (10:00-19:00, 2 days off per week) Selection form: Interview

Main responsibilities

• Timely response to all phone calls received on the hotline
• Proper program registration for each call
• Listening to customer complaints and noting them, assigning the correct category for the problem
• Providing customers with the necessary information in a timely and comprehensive manner
• Listening to customers, taking detailed notes of their problems, and subsequent fixation
• Conducting satisfaction surveys if necessary
• Recording requests for specialist visits (repair/installation) to the address

Qualification requirements

• Higher education (desirable)
• At least 6 months of experience working in the field
• Knowledge of Russian and/or English at a communicative level

Skills/characteristics

• Effective listening and problem-solving skills
• Proper communication skills
