Human Resources Manager

The Ambassador network "Ambassadori" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) in Batumi.

We are looking for an experienced professional who will ensure the management of human resource processes in the casino direction, proper administration of labor relations, and the development of a team corresponding to high service standards.

Main responsibilities

Determine personnel needs in collaboration with supervisors and manage the entire selection process; Search for, interview, and assess candidates for casino operational and administrative positions based on professional competencies; Organize the adaptation of new employees and assessment of the probationary period; Prepare and administer employment contracts, additional agreements, orders, job descriptions, and personal files of employees; Manage the processes of initiation, change, and termination of employment relationships in accordance with legislation and company procedures, coordinating with the lawyer if necessary; Control working time recording; ensure the accuracy of shift, night work, overtime, rest, and vacation data in collaboration with relevant supervisors; Document disciplinary issues and conduct relevant procedures within the scope of authority; Implement and coordinate employee evaluation, training, and professional development processes; Organize training on casino services, professional ethics, confidentiality, and internal rules in collaboration with relevant responsible persons; Participate in the development of HR policies and internal regulations and monitor their implementation; Analyze personnel turnover, vacancies, attendance, and other key HR indicators and prepare reports for management; Ensure secure processing of employee personal data and authorized access to documents.

Qualification requirements

• Higher education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or other relevant fields;

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of human resources management, including experience in independently managing HR processes;

• Practical knowledge of Georgian labor legislation and experience in maintaining personnel documentation;

• Experience in personnel selection, employee adaptation, and labor relations management;

• Knowledge of HR processes in organizations operating in a 24/7 mode;

• Knowledge of principles of working time recording and payroll data preparation;

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;

• Ability to work with HR programs and working time recording systems;

• High-level knowledge of Georgian, English, and Russian languages.

Will be considered an advantage

• Experience in working in the HR direction in a casino or a network of casinos;
• Experience working in a hotel, hospitality, or other organization operating in a continuous mode;
• Experience in administering the employment of foreign employees;
• Experience in implementing HR procedures and improving processes.
