Call Center Operator (Hybrid)

Position: Call Center Operator

Remuneration: 800 GEL Work Schedule: Hybrid - 40 working hours per week

Key Responsibilities - Provide high-quality service to customers in accordance with company standards; - Identify customer needs and requirements, redirect them in the relevant direction, and provide consultations; - Check product balances in the relevant program; - Check the status of orders based on customer requests and provide relevant information; - Record and document issues that arise during the service process in the relevant program; - Monitor missed calls and messages, ensuring timely feedback to customers.

Qualification Requirements and Skills - Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage; - Good communication and active listening skills; - Customer orientation and teamwork skills; - Efficiency, organization, and high sense of responsibility;
