Manager for Relations and Development with Tourist Companies

LLC "Kakheti Traditional Winemaking" announces a vacancy for the position of Manager for Relations and Development with Tourist Companies.

Job conditions:

**Work schedule: 5 working days a week, in a distant or hybrid format;

**Remuneration - depending on experience and qualifications, by agreement.

Main functions and responsibilities:

**Active search for new tourist companies and potential partners, conducting negotiations with them and ensuring the start of cooperation;

**Maintaining existing partner tourist companies, deepening relationships with them and developing cooperation;

**Introduction of the company's tourist objects, services and tourist programs to partner companies and preparation of offers tailored to their needs;

**Receiving requests related to visits of tourist groups, agreeing with managers of relevant objects and coordinating organizational issues;

**Receiving feedback from partner companies, evaluating existing cooperation and developing appropriate initiatives to improve it;

**Studying the tourist market and new business opportunities, identifying potential partnership directions;

**Promoting the growth of the number of visitors to the company's tourist facilities and the development of tourist activity by attracting new partners and strengthening cooperation with existing partners;

**Regular informing of the management about the progress of cooperation with tourist companies, implemented activities and achieved results.

Qualification requirements:

**Experience in the tourism sector;

**Experience in cooperation with tourist companies and preferably existing professional contacts;

**Knowledge of the tourist market and specifics of tourist companies' work;

**Strong communication and negotiation skills;

**Ability to work independently and organize work processes;

**High sense of responsibility and result orientation;

**Knowledge of English; knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage.
