Sales Leader

The "Discount Depot" LLC, a chain of household chemistry stores, is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Leader.

Location: Tbilisi

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00

Remuneration: To be determined based on experience and qualifications, agreed upon with the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Active involvement in the formation and development of the Retail Startup project, managing and coordinating processes within your competence;
• Finding local and international suppliers, establishing initial communication, and developing long-term partnerships;
• Regularly searching for wholesale markets, shopping centers, and suppliers in Georgia and, if necessary, abroad;
• Selecting product assortment, researching prices, and negotiating commercial terms with suppliers;
• Conducting effective negotiations on prices, discounts, and delivery terms;
• Searching for new brands and products on both local and international markets, tailored to market demands;
• Coordinating the process of purchasing, delivering, and managing inventory with relevant departments;
• Collaborating with warehouse, logistics, marketing, and financial teams;
• Actively participating in the process of opening new retail outlets, including product selection, supply, and coordination of operational processes;
• Constantly monitoring the market, competitive environment, and prices;
• Planning meetings with partners, conducting negotiations, and agreeing on cooperation terms;
• Participating in business trips in Georgia and abroad, if necessary.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields;
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in sales within the FMCG/Household or distribution sector;
• Experience in wholesale trade will be considered an advantage;
• Practical experience in working with suppliers and commercial negotiations;
• Working knowledge of English and Russian languages (knowledge of Chinese will be considered an advantage);
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field;
• Result-oriented, practical approach;
• Ability to work independently and make decisions;
• Developed leadership and organizational skills;
• High sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to solve problems effectively.
