Workplace: Tbilisi, Avchala; Work schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday);
Main functions and responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategy in the local market; Work on the company's sales channels and expand the network; Plan and control daily and weekly work schedules; Daily control, analysis, and reporting of overdue debts to the immediate supervisor; Work on problematic debts; Negotiate with retail and chain outlets (price control, offering new positions and brands); Process and formalize object contracts; Conduct store checks, identify and eliminate deficiencies; Review previous day's store check results; Review plan progress; Monitor payments made by objects; Monitor competitors' prices and activities; Plan actions and activities with immediate supervisor and brand managers; Send new prices, actions, and promotions to networks; Monitor cashback and fill out request forms for accounting;
Qualification requirements:
