"Eski" is a space in Georgia that has united products from social enterprises for the first time. Currently, "Eski" features over 650 products from more than 30 social enterprises. With the support of the European Union, the physical space of Eski was opened in September 2022 in the old town of Tbilisi by the Alliance of Social Enterprises.
Eski brings together a diverse range of handmade products from various social enterprises with different social missions. You will find accessories and jewelry, decorative items, unique examples of traditional crafts, toys, and wooden products. Purchasing an item and sharing the story behind it makes customers feel good, as they support the environment and people along with us.
The store is managed by the (A)IP Alliance of Social Enterprises and was opened with the financial support of the European Union and the Tbilisi Mayor's Office.
The branding of the store was developed by the advertising agency "Saatchi & Saatchi" within the framework of pro-bono consulting.

General Job Description
- Workload: 32 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Introducing the concept of social entrepreneurship to "Eski's" visitors and promoting social entrepreneurship
- Introducing "Eski's" social enterprises and their activities to visitors
- Knowing the basic characteristics of products available in "Eski" and providing consultations to customers when needed
- Strictly following cash procedures and working on the inventory management program "Optimo"
- Providing polite customer service
- Periodically participating in exhibitions and sales and presenting "Eski's" products
- Ensuring order in "Eski's" space when needed
Occasionally, presenting our activities to international and local study visit groups visiting "Eski"
