Join our team - together we will create content, plan interesting campaigns, and attract more customers.

What you will do:

Independently set up and run ads on Meta Ads and Google Ads, and work on improving results. Manage social networks: create a plan, publish content. Adapt brand materials to icity's style, prepare visuals for promotions, and organize the creation of video content with the team or external authors, including UGC-creators. Plan and implement promotions with the team. Control the timely update of materials in stores and on the website. Work with product managers on joint campaigns with brands and suppliers. Coordinate the preparation of branded materials. Work with contractors and pay attention to a unified style, quality, and deadlines. Prepare special offers and advertising messages. Plan and approve the budget, control expenses, and analyze campaign results. Monitor competitors, trends, current topics, and marketing news. Suggest ideas and test new formats.

What is important to us:

You don't need to have a lot of experience in all of the above tasks. For us, the main thing is interest in marketing, initiative, and a desire to learn in practice. Knowledge of the basic principles of digital advertising and social networks. The ability to write correctly in Georgian and visual taste. Desire to master new tools and offer your own ideas. Responsibility, adherence to deadlines, and ability to work as a team. Experience in advertising, content creation, retail, or e-commerce will be considered an advantage. Also, knowledge of English, iPhone shooting skills, editing skills, and experience working on a Mac.

Terms:

Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00. Work in the office, if necessary - in branches and on photo shoots. Health insurance. Salary: fixed + bonus, with prospects for further growth.
