Bar-Restaurant Manager

Apeni Brewery is seeking a Bar-Restaurant Manager to oversee the bar-restaurant adjacent to the brewery and participate in its further development.

The bar-restaurant plans to renovate its interior, update its menu, and improve service processes. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can effectively manage daily operations and has a vision for development and experience in organizing a team.

Workplace: village of Chabukiani, Lagodekhi district.

Work schedule: 5-day workweek;

Remuneration: 3000 GEL + bonus.

Main responsibilities:

• Participation in the bar-restaurant reorganization and development plan;
• Managing daily operations;
• Controlling and improving the quality of guest services;
• Managing personnel, planning and organizing work processes;
• Ensuring the smooth functioning of the restaurant;
• Working on improving and developing work processes;
• Operational management of food and beverage direction;
• Controlling cleanliness, sanitary, and hygienic norms;
• Agreeing on the menu with the head chef and participating in the menu update process;
• Controlling food and beverage inventory;
• Monitoring compliance with labor safety rules and standards;
• Producing necessary documentation and reporting.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry;
• Ability to manage and motivate a team;
• Strong organizational and managerial skills;
• Knowledge of high standards of service quality;
• Knowledge of labor safety, sanitary, and hygienic norms;
• Ability to produce documentation;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems.
