About the position:
We're looking for a team member with excellent communication skills, proactive and result-oriented, who will be able to effectively manage the entire talent selection cycle and be a trusted partner for both managers and potential candidates.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the entire talent selection process from posting to onboarding (for both technical and business, operational, and managerial roles)
- Active collaboration with department heads to determine job requirements
- Posting positions on the company's career site and various platforms
- Using multiple search channels for candidate selection: social media, professional platforms, recommendations, database updates, headhunting, and more
- Scheduling and conducting interviews, providing feedback to candidates
- Regular reporting on current vacancies and recruitment status
- Tracking recruitment metrics, researching the labor market, and continuously optimizing selection processes
Requirements:
- Higher education in psychology, social sciences, or business administration
- At least 2 years of experience in talent selection (with experience in selecting operational, managerial, and technical positions)
- Knowledge of modern recruitment instruments and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- High-level English language skills (B2-C1)
