Receptionist-Registrar

Hotel "Intourist Hotel Kazbegi" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Receptionist-Registrar.

Function-Responsibilities:

• Polite, positive interaction with both hotel guests and colleagues;
• Reception, accommodation and subsequent escorting of guests according to the standards existing in the hotel;
• Providing guests with the desired information about rooms, tariffs and other services available in the hotel;
• Receiving incoming phone calls and providing relevant information;
• Maintaining telephone conversation and email correspondence culture and standards;
• Establishing effective and positive communication with the guest;
• Registration of the guest in the system and execution of relevant financial operations;
• Preparation of current day bookings in the system (printing registration cards, making keys, etc.);
• Transfer of information to other departments in the hotel at the end and beginning of the working day;
• Acting in accordance with the hotel service standards.

Basic Requirements:

• Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
• Fluent knowledge of Georgian and English;
• Any additional language will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of computer and office programs.
