The company "CLC" is looking for an experienced professional for the position of Corporate Sales Manager.
Position description:
- Location: Gela Gogishvili Street N10, Tbilisi;
- Work schedule: Full-time;
- Working days: Monday to Friday;
- Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00;
- Salary: Fixed salary by agreement + bonus system.
Functions and responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone sales - establish first contact with potential clients, arouse interest, and offer the company's product/service;
- Find, expand, and constantly update the base of potential clients using various channels (social networks, recommendations, market monitoring, etc.);
- Organize meetings with interested clients - conduct presentations, identify needs, and prepare offers;
- Conduct face-to-face sales - conduct negotiations, agree on prices, and support the signing of contracts;
- Analyze the market and competitors - monitor sales trends and identify opportunities;
- Fulfill the sales plan and report daily activities to the supervisor;
- Receive customer feedback and participate in the process of improving service;
- Actively participate in team goals and collaborate with other departments to effectively manage the sales process.
Qualification requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales;
- Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Higher education - preferably in business administration;

- Knowledge of English and/or Russian will be considered an advantage;
