Post-Production Lead

"Studio 9:16" is looking for a Post-Production Lead to take responsibility for the editing process of our videos and turn it into a smooth, fast, and result-oriented system.

About us: Studio 9:16 is a TikTok production studio that creates viral, creative, and result-oriented video content.

The Bank of Georgia, ALTA, 22 Degrees, Sports Channel 105, Biletebi.ge, Aldagi - this is a small list of channels for which Studio 9:16 creates TikTok content.

The main goal of this position is to structure the editing process, release videos on time and with high quality, and build a system that constantly improves.

This role is hybrid - it requires creative vision, operational management, and systematic thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Data-driven distribution of videos to editors (Tier / Load / Fit)
• Deadline control
• Development of a specific visual and editing style for pages, collection of assets (sounds, music, fonts, graphic elements, etc.), their integration, and control.
• Analysis of good and bad videos (what works / what doesn't)
• Assessment of the team's technical resources and capabilities, identification of bottlenecks, and implementation of technological solutions to increase production speed, quality, and volume
• Creation and updating of editing rules and Playbook
• Evaluation of editors and regular feedback
• Video editing

• Practical editing experience in short-form content
• Ability to find quick, practical, and effective solutions in the content process
• Systematic thinking (seeing the big picture and improving the process as a whole)
• Operational management skills (deadlines, workload, priorities)

• Communication skills (clearly giving feedback to editors)
