Head of Tax Audit Department

International audit company PKF Georgia announces a vacancy for the position of Head of Tax Audit Department.

We are looking for a professional and result-oriented person who will lead the tax audit direction, ensure high standards of service quality and contribute to the development and growth of the department.

Probation period: 6 months Working schedule: Full-time, 5 working days Working hours: 10:00-18:30 Workplace: Tbilisi, Jacob Nikoladze #3

Main responsibilities: - Planning, organizing and managing the activities of the Tax Audit Department; - Leading tax audit and tax inspection projects; - Identifying tax risks for clients and preparing relevant recommendations; - Monitoring changes in tax legislation and practice and assessing their impact; - Providing professional consultations on tax issues; - Managing the audit team, distributing work and controlling the quality of work performed; - Reviewing tax audit reports and other professional documentation; - Managing professional relationships with clients and developing long-term cooperation; - Participating in the business development of the department and identifying new opportunities; - Ensuring compliance with the company's internal professional and quality control standards.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education in finance, accounting, economics, law or a related field; - At least 5 years of professional experience in tax audit, tax consulting or audit; - Good knowledge of tax legislation and tax accounting; - Experience in independently managing tax audit projects; - Team management and leadership experience; - High sense of responsibility and analytical thinking skills; - Effective communication and negotiation skills with clients; - Good knowledge of Georgian and English languages; - Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
