We are looking for a motivated and polite Call Center Operator who will focus on providing high-quality service to our customers.

About the vacancy: In our company, your role will be: - Telephone communication with customers; identifying problems and providing qualified answers; adhering to company service standards - Customer service through online chat. - Working with internal databases necessary for providing services - Providing general information to customers (about the company, services, working hours, etc.) - Managing problematic situations and informing other responsible individuals in a timely manner
