Main functions and responsibilities:
In accordance with the company's strategy, search for commercial spaces, technical evaluation and preparation of recommendations for management; Coordinated work with the legal service to agree and monitor the technical conditions of lease agreements; Management of the infrastructure part of projects for opening new branches, relocation and closure; Planning of construction / repair works, preparation of budget, obtaining permits and control of quality of works, deadlines and cost estimates; Selection of contractors, negotiations and preparation of technical tasks together with the procurement department; Planning of annual infrastructure budget and monitoring of its implementation; Organization of technical maintenance of existing facilities and engineering systems, operational response to incidents and emergency situations; Ensuring technical compliance with labor and fire safety requirements; Coordination and supervision of the team and contractors; Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Qualification requirements:
Higher education, preferably in construction, architecture, engineering or related fields; 5 years of experience in a similar position, including at least 2 years in a leadership position; Experience in retail or commercial property management is desirable; Ability to read and evaluate project documentation and cost estimates, knowledge of construction materials and market prices; Knowledge of construction norms and regulations, rules for issuing construction permits, labor and fire safety legislation; MS Office, AutoCAD (reading drawings), MS Project or other project management tools, cost estimation programs; B category driver's license and readiness for business trips to regions.
