The "MClub" beauty salon is announcing a vacancy for a Manager position.

Work location: Tbilisi, Chavchavadze Avenue 2/2

Functions and responsibilities:

Organize, manage, and control the salon's daily activities; Plan customer visits, coordinate the appointment process, and work schedule; Respond promptly to phone calls, messages, and customer inquiries; Greet guests, create a comfortable environment, and ensure a high standard of service; Coordinate the activities of salon employees, organize work schedules, and monitor performance; Ensure effective distribution of functions among employees and teamwork; Control the cleanliness, order, and service standards in the salon; Monitor and organize the purchase of necessary products, materials, and inventory for the salon; Daily control of the salon's financial operations and payments; Develop relevant initiatives to improve service quality and salon work processes.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education is desirable; Experience working in administration, management, or the service sector; Experience working in a beauty salon will be considered an advantage; Basic knowledge of office programs (MS Office); Knowledge of English and/or Russian will be considered an advantage.
