Cafe Manager

"Kopi" is looking for a Cafe Manager.

"Kopi" is a space where special coffee, design, and community come together. We create and spread Specialty coffee culture in Batumi, for everyone for whom coffee means more - inspiration, ritual, and pleasure.

We are looking for an organized and responsible person who loves coffee and wants to work in a coffee-oriented environment. The manager will be responsible for the daily management of the cafe, the smooth operation of the team, and the quality of service.

Main responsibilities:

Organize and control the daily work of the cafe, monitor the performance of employees' assigned tasks; Coordinate the team, compile and manage work schedules; Support employees and provide assistance when needed; Control the quality of service and compliance with internal standards; Control food, drinks, workspaces, and hall hygiene according to established standards; Monitor the expiration dates of supplies and products, order necessary products in a timely manner; Receive and check orders from suppliers, coordinate the preparation and issuance of customer orders; Organize monthly inventory and regular accounting of supplies; Manage dishes, drinks, ingredients, and recipes in Poster POS; Communicate with accountants and provide necessary documentation in a timely manner; Respond to guest feedback and resolve daily problems; Regularly report to founders and improve work processes.

What we expect from you:

Love for coffee and a desire to learn more about it; Ability to manage a team and organize work processes; Sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and initiative; Effective communication with guests, team, and partners; Experience in managing a cafe or restaurant will be considered an advantage.

Location: Batumi, Lermontov 8; Schedule: 5 days a week Salary: 1500 GEL
